While cycling through the Alps, the CEO, founder Isaac Thomas and chairman of VeganNation, realized the importance and significance of enabling the technological infrastructure to unite the global plant-based and sustainable community. Given the recent COP26 conference in Glasgow, sustainable living is the most pressing challenge to tackle in this decade.

Enabling a new Green economy means reinventing the way in which we transfer value from one to another. The VeganNation vision thrives on finding a new way to define wealth and generate growth, therefore a new currency, the GreenCoin (“GRNC”) came into being.

We believe that each and every one of us can be a vehicle (an ambassador / have a key role in) for positive change, collectively creating a flourishing and prosperous economy.

GreenCoin - GRNC was developed and launched by VeganNation as part of its global efforts to initiate a new way to trade value, connect between conscious business owners, individuals with environmental awareness, and appropriate organizations.

Equitizing our inherent beliefs which guide us in our lives every day is the best and surest way to generate new wealth and growth within a community. Each member in the VeganNation platform (ecosystem) is considered a stakeholder in the community’s assets, where the more engaged and involved a member is, the more stake this member has in facilitating the platform.

Our current development work is centered around the additional digital payments capabilities within the GreenPay platform. Where each user will be able to choose whether to pay in GreenCoin - GRNC or any other traditional paying method. With each payment in the GreenPay wallet, users can be rewarded with points that can be redeemed into various benefits, GreenCoin - GRNC is one of them.

While saving thousands of acres in the Amazon Rainforest, inspired by football legends, VeganNation is growing GreenCoin’s - GRNC impact around the world as part of its Playing for Sustainability campaign.
