We’re excited to announce that Reserve will be listing both the Reserve Rights (RSR) token and the Reserve stablecoin (RSV), on Liquid Global. This is the beginning of an ongoing collaboration between Reserve and Liquid to bring stable, sovereign money to the world. By uniting the nearly global coverage of Liquid’s fiat onramps with Reserve’s decentralized stablecoin protocol, we will be able to make our stablecoin vastly more accessible and bring our Reserve App to new markets.

We’re excited to announce that Reserve will be listing both the Reserve Rights (RSR) token and the Reserve stablecoin (RSV), on Liquid Global. This is the beginning of an ongoing collaboration between Reserve and Liquid to bring stable, sovereign money to the world. By uniting the nearly global coverage of Liquid’s fiat onramps with Reserve’s decentralized stablecoin protocol, we will be able to make our stablecoin vastly more accessible and bring our Reserve App to new markets.
Reserve is a stablecoin backed by an on-chain basket of collateral that is managed by a set of smart contracts. Reserve is designed to be a stablecoin that is highly robust and impossible to shutdown. More than a stablecoin, we’re building an end to end experience that makes using crypto to save and spend seamless. Our app draws on a network of currency traders to provide permissionless access to USD in the parts of the world that need it most.Think a cross between Venmo and Local Bitcoin. So far we’ve been laser focused on Latin America but we’re gearing up for more.
Our users in Venezuela, Colombia, and soon Argentina leverage RSV to serve as a sovereign dollar-based savings account and borderless payments system through our app (currently in open beta). RSR is our governance token, which will have a shrinking supply as RSV usage increases and will also give token holders a say in the protocol’s governance. We’re excited to open up our community of RSR supporters to a bigger audience through Liquid Global.
Liquid Global has a uniquely powerful platform capable of onboarding multiple fiat currencies from most countries around the world. We intend to leverage this infrastructure, likely through an integration with the Liquid quick exchange API, to help power our mobile app, enabling our users and liquidity providers to grow RSV adoption in many more markets.
